Allies of Skin Launches $750 Growth-Factor and Exosome Ampoules

Allies of Skin launched its Lab Drop 10/10/10 Multi GF Exo Advanced Recovery Ampoules on October 10 and formally announced the U.S. launch on October 13. The $750 set contains 30 ampoules that the brand describes as an approximately four-month skincare treatment.
If you are considering that price, the question is whether the formula has evidence of benefits beyond what you already get from your routine. The brand has released four-week results, but they do not establish that advantage.
What launched
The formula combines three proprietary complexes, each listed at 10%: an exosome-encapsulated growth-factor blend, a blend of growth factors and a plant-derived retinol alternative, and a peptide blend. The percentages refer to the complete complexes, not to pure exosomes, growth factors, or retinoids. Each ampoule holds 3 mL in an airless pump.
What the testing shows
Allies of Skin reports results from 33 participants over four weeks. Expert grading found an average 109% improvement in radiance and 75% in visible skin smoothness; instrumental testing showed a 40% increase in hydration. Those numbers describe changes from the participants’ starting measurements, not an advantage over another serum.
The announcement does not provide a published study or identify a comparison group. That means you cannot use these percentages to conclude that the ampoules outperform a moisturizer, peptide serum, or retinoid. Four-week results also do not establish benefits throughout the brand’s proposed four-month course.
What this means for you
The product is listed on the official U.S. website at $750; check current stock before buying. If you are shopping for firmer or smoother-looking skin, look beyond the words “exosome” and “growth factor” to what finished-product testing actually demonstrates. Read our Allies of Skin The Lab Drop 10/10/10 BeautyBrief for a closer look at the finished formula and its claims. BB’s Briefing on regenerative skincare claims explains why those terms are not proof of skin regeneration.
