OneSkin Launches OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM With Skin-Longevity Claims

OneSkin launched OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM in the U.S. on September 22, 2026, adding a richer moisturizer to its longevity-focused skincare line.[1]
The bigger story is the marketing around it. OneSkin is not only promising hydration and smoother-looking skin; it is also tying the cream to claims about collagen, cellular senescence and biological aging. Those claims come from different types of testing, and shoppers should not read them as equally proven.[2]
What launched
The cream combines OneSkin’s proprietary OS-01 Peptide with familiar moisturizing ingredients including glycerin, squalane, panthenol, ectoin, ceramide NP and cholesterol.[3]
OneSkin positions it for drier, aging skin and says its “Dual-Phase Hydration System” is designed to improve hydration while supporting firmness and skin structure.[1]
What the human study found
OneSkin says a third-party, double-blind 12-week study followed 29 participants ages 43 to 65. The company reports better hydration, stronger barrier measurements, improved overall appearance and softer-looking fine lines with continued use.[2]
That is useful finished-product evidence for how the cream performs as a moisturizer. It does not show that the cream makes skin biologically younger.
Where the bigger claims come from
OneSkin’s claims about collagen, elastin, hyaluronic-acid production and other skin-aging markers come from testing on human skin samples in the lab. The company itself notes that those findings may not reflect what happens when people use the cream.[2]
The same distinction applies to OneSkin’s claims around cellular senescence and skin biological age. Those findings come from lab-based measurements, not from the 12-week human study of the finished cream.[2]
Why it matters
“Skin longevity” is becoming a bigger skincare selling point, but the phrase can make ordinary moisturizer benefits sound more sweeping than the human evidence shows.
For OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM, the clearest human evidence supports hydration, barrier function and visible skin improvements. The bigger biological-aging claims still come mostly from lab testing.
What we’re watching
The next useful step would be larger human studies that test the finished cream and directly measure the longevity claims used to market it.
For now, shoppers have meaningful evidence that this is a tested moisturizer. They do not yet have the same level of proof for the broader claim that it changes skin’s biological age.
